Made in Photoshop! It started with me trying diffrent techs on an image and seeing what happened. When I started this one I really liked how it startef to look so I kept going.
It's the Hitachiin brothers Kaoru and Hikaru!

Oh and just for the record I didn't draw the image it's from the Ouran Host Club Anime!
